Thanks for contacting Zynga.

We appreciate that you are bringing this issue where <you have lost 10 levels, attacks,defense, fight went down in numbers from your Mafia Wars game> to our attention. It looks like a re-hash of an issue a chunk of users got after the outage a few weeks ago. We (the customer support team) are trying to track this down and file a bug report with the Mafia Wars development team. I hope it's something simple they can cover immediately. On a personal note, I'm sorry about this happening. Holiday season has just ended and this is not something we want to happen and dampen your mood. I know this is quite frustrating and I do apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you.

We do need your assistance in gathering information to assist our QA team in finding the source of your current issue and anything that can be done to have you back to enjoying Mafia Wars. Please send a reply to this ticket with the following information. Don't get me wrong. We're not placing the blame on you or how your computer is setup. We just need as much information as possible at this point in time so our dev team can figure out what's going on.

1. Your User ID, if you have not already provided it.
2. Your current computer operating system
3. What browser you are using and if you’ve tested this on any other browsers
4. The last date you tried to log into the game and can confirm that you were still having this issue
5. Your internet connection type. (Dial up, DSL, Cable, T1)
6. Have you allowed cookies from *zynga.com?
